As a Physical Therapist I knew rehab and exercise would be vital to my function and quality of life; and also now understand how often these aspects of care are overlooked. So I created exercise programs for myself as I transitioned through each stage of treatment. All of the exercise programs you’ll find here are based on those I created for myself.

Life after a breast cancer diagnosis brings a new normal, but with the right resources and support, it can be a beautiful one. My mission is to make those resources widely accessible to every survivor.
