Do I need to complete RESTORE before starting REBUILD?
REBUILD is designed as the next step after RESTORE. If you already have a solid strength base and feel comfortable with moderate-level exercise, you may be ready to start here.
Yes. REBUILD continues to address radiation fibrosis, cording, and mobility restrictions while progressing your strength safely.
Yes, but gradually and safely. You’ll be guided step-by-step so your body can adapt without overload.
A few sets of dumbbells and/or resistance bands are ideal. You can modify based on what you have available.
Approximately 30-45 minutes, 3 times per week.
You’ll learn how to adjust intensity and movement based on your symptoms, with modifications provided throughout the program.
