Description
REBUILD is the final phase of the Pink Badger 3-Phase Method.
It’s intentionally created for women who have completed foundational recovery and are ready to move into higher-level strength, endurance, and confidence.
REBUILD builds on the work you’ve already done in RESTORE. It introduces more dynamic and challenging movements while maintaining the protective strategies your body still needs.
Inside the program, you will:
Progress full-body strength in a lymphatic-friendly way, while continuing to address lingering treatment-related side effects.
REBUILD is a 12 week program, with 3 exercise sessions per week.
