Description

RESTORE – Moderate Level is the second phase of the Pink Badger 3-Phase Method.

It’s intentionally designed for women who are ready to move beyond early recovery—but still need a more gradual, supported approach to rebuilding strength and function.

This program builds on the foundation you’ve established in RECOVER and helps you safely transition into more structured exercise.

Inside the program, you will:

Progress full-body strength in a lymphatic-friendly way, while continuing to address lingering treatment-related side effects.

RESTORE is a 12-week program, with 3 exercise sessions per week.

This Moderate Level is specifically designed for those who:

  • Are returning to exercise at a slower pace
  • Have undergone tissue based reconstruction (such as DIEP or TRAM flap)
  • Need more modifications and gradual progressions

What makes RESTORE – Moderate Level different?

  • Specifically designed for breast cancer survivors in recovery
  • Lymphatic-friendly strength training progressions
  • Focus on core and abdominal rehabilitation after reconstruction
  • Continued rehabilitation of treatment side effects, including lymphedema risk, radiation fibrosis, cording, and pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Evidence-based, phase-appropriate full-body programming
  • Symptom-guided progressions so you can challenge yourself safely

RESTORE – Moderate Level helps you bridge the gap between recovery and full return to activity—at a pace that respects everything your body has been through – so you can feel stronger, more capable, and confident moving your body again.
