RESTORE: Post- Treatment Recovery -Moderate Level

This Moderate Level program is meant for those who have completed all active treatment (with the exception of Herceptin if necessary) and are looking to get back to a moderate level of physical activity and function. This program was designed specifically to help rehab the abdomen for those who have undergone reconstruction surgeries such as a DIEP or TRAM flap, and also includes many modifications throughout to tailor the program to your specific fitness level.
